The Big Fake Wedding is basically an event that shows off the local vendors (caterers, DJs, dresses, flowers,-- or ME, handmade wedding decorations!) to the guests who will soon be getting married and want the first hand experience with what is available in Denver. There's a real ceremony (vow renewal) and reception!
Most that know me, know that I am constantly crafting up something new. I have an Etsy site DWC Creative where I post anything from crocheted beer koozies, watercolor art, or handmade resin jewelry. So when The Big Fake Wedding reached out to me to make paper accents and signage, I was nervous and excited, but ready for the challenge of jumping into the wedding industry. I am so excited to meet with other local vendors and get to know clients who might want some handmade goodness at their weddings! I love making custom art!
